Mary's real estate career began in 2002 at Harvard Realty. In the first five years, she coordinated over 180 sales for Harvard Realty and represented 36 clients. In 2008, she stepped away from the business to lead sales at The Warren Group, a Boston-based real estate property research and market analytics firm.
Over those seven years, she married, bought a home in Arlington, and welcomed two children. In 2014, she joined CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate services firm, where she led revenue and product development for Econometric Advisors, a global rent and property value prediction platform for real estate asset managers, for nine years. In 2025, Mary joined Oxford Economics, a firm that helps companies to understand the implications of macroeconomic, geopolitical, and financial dynamics on real estate performance, where she leads account management.
She is recognized for her market expertise, client-centric approach, and effective go-to-market strategies. She is tech-savvy, skilled in negotiation, and proactive in communications. Her commitment to real estate clients and her eye for detail are what set her apart.
Her Connection to the Community
Mary grew up in Harvard at 162 Still River Road and attended Hildreth Elementary and The Bromfield School (Class of 1992). Mary is a graduate of Hamilton College.
