Biography
Like my mother, Rhonda Sprague, real estate has afforded me many unique opportunities and connections.
I grew up in Harvard as the youngest of four. My father, Whit Sprague, built our family's salt box-style colonial home at 162 Still River Road and founded Sprague Woodworking, a wood products manufacturing business.
I attended Hildreth Elementary and The Bromfield School with many fond memories of sports, academics, and theater. Summers were spent on Lake Sunapee and later on Martha's Vineyard.
I went on to graduate from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY and moved to the West Coast, living in Seattle and Santa Monica. I moved back east to work in NYC before returning to Boston to work in tech marketing.
My real estate career began at Harvard Realty in 2002 where I coordinated over 180 of my mother Rhonda's property sales andrepresented 36 clients.
In 2008, I decided to step away from the family business to head up sales at The Warren Group, a Boston-based real estate analytics firm, serving community banks, appraisers, lenders, and firms like Zillow, CoStar, and MSCI.
Over those seven years, my husband and I married, bought our home in Arlington, and welcomed two children. My career exploration was made possible by welcoming au pairs into our family life--- eight from Germany and one from S. Africa.
In 2014, I joined CBRE the world's largest commercial real estate services firm where I led revenue and product for Econometric Advisors, a global rent and property value prediction platform.
In 2023, I decided to step away from CBRE to pursue new opportunities and interests, including a real estate investment opportunity. In 2025, I began revenue and operations consulting for an asset management technology firm.
These experiences have been a master class in real estate investment, capital markets, analytics, and software used in the investor and occupier lifecycles. My roles have enabled me to form incredible relationships with 200+ global investor clients and colleagues, all in the pursuit of novel insights and technology for the built world.
What's Next
I embrace the journey. Aligning with client needs and driving amazing outcomes have been the highlights of my career. It is rewarding to be both an expert in client success and revenue operations. It is also an incredible honor to carry on my mother's legacy of excellence in real estate.
