Since 1996, I have represented clients with excellence. Real estate has afforded me many unique opportunities and connections. I have enjoyed working alongside very interesting, engaging, and successful people. I have enabled land owners, investors, retirees, professionals, families, and others to make smart real estate decisions.

My husband Whit and I moved our four children from Baldwinsville, New York, to Harvard in the early seventies. Whit built us a salt box-style colonial home at 162 Still River Road and founded a wood products manufacturing business known as Sprague Woodworking. Together, we raised four children in Harvard and spent summer weekends at Lake Sunapee on Bay Point Road.
My husband Whit and I moved our four children from Baldwinsville, New York, to Harvard in the early seventies. Whit built us a salt box-style colonial home at 162 Still River Road and founded a wood products manufacturing business known as Sprague Woodworking. Together, we raised four children in Harvard and spent summer weekends at Lake Sunapee on Bay Point Road.
Once the children were grown, I embarked on my real estate career. We sold the property on the lake, and after gaining more real estate experience, I purchased Harvard Realty from its founder Peter Warren, a long-time successful Broker and Harvard resident.

In 2000, we bought a summer cottage in Edgartown on Martha's Vineyard; in 2005, we sold our family home on Still River Road and purchased a unique parcel of land at 160 Prospect Hill Road. There, with the expertise of Sprague Woodworking we designed and built a classic shingle-style home, a family project. The property and its panoramic sunset views were something we enjoyed as a family for fifteen years.

I often say, "Not a bum in the bunch." Our four children now have 14 children, plus a growing handful of great-grandchildren. From careers in real estate, sales, construction, accounting, teaching, and woodworking to engineering, healthcare, corporate finance, art, life sciences, and computer sciences, they all are on their unique journeys. Whit and I couldn't be prouder. The family picture below captures many of us at one of my grandson's weddings in 2024.

What's Next
Life moves fast. A succession plan is in the works so that Harvard Realty continues serving the area with continued excellence while my husband and I enjoy our great-grandchildren and other experiences life still has to offer. All told I have fully depreciated countless laptops, mobile phones, and three BMWs in the service of my clients. Life is a journey, keep moving. 😃
